$25500 OBO. Sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”

Because of the age, obliviously there are going to be some issues. As you can see by the pictures, the inside needs to be finished; good job for a handyman. Not an expensive project. Just a little time an labor.

I purchased this bus from a man in Phoenix, AZ in February 2016 and drove it to Lexington, KY. I did not have any problems on that trip. It ran very well. Two years ago last month it had a new paint job, fixed a leaking rear wheel seal, and had the drivers side air bag replaced. This past March, I had it serviced. No roof leaks! Both awnings do work! There is also hookups for a stackable W&D opposite of the toilet.

It is powered by an 8V92 Detroit turbo diesel. Pushed by a 5 sp Allison automatic transmission, 294901 original miles. Both of these run great. The generator is a 12v 50amp Onan 6500 LP. All the appliances work good. Just one roof A/C, but even on a hot day, that thing will cool down the whole bus within minutes. The cooling system works great, but the heating system is not very good. I have been using the liquid finned heaters, they work great but are expensive to use. The bus has a 120 gal propane tank, 100 gal black, 100 gal clear water, 100 fuel tank and 30 gal water heater. The bus “does not” have a hitch. Sorry!

I do not have any major mechanical problems. All the drive train components work well, the brakes and steering included.

It needs a little TLC. Good project for a finished carpenter! But overall, it is a great bus. I have been very happy with it. I lived in the unit for about 2 years. Moved out this past March. The price is negotiable.
