New listings declined sharply from 23 to 8 this week, with Facebook Marketplace activity dropping while Craigslist remained unchanged and direct listings disappeared. Geographic activity shifted toward Tennessee, with Georgia, Washington, Kentucky, and Indiana also represented. Pricing strengthened overall, as both the average and median increased, while the low price decreased slightly and the top-end listing rose significantly compared to last summary.
